Skies of Ember is a band that is best listened to during lazy, humid nights, with the lights out and the volume at a steady and comfortable level. Their songs slowly creep up on you and take you by surprise. They never slap you in the face. Then they fade; not end abruptly. One is left feeling that they've just been let in on a wonderful secret.
